Klayman claims that Judicial Watch has disparaged him.

"Non-partisan?" It's true that Judicial Watch has taken on Republicans from time to time. But if you enter "Judicial Watch" and "nonpartisan" on Google, you get 235,000 hits. If you enter "Judicial Watch" and "partisan" you get 2,360,000.
Given Klayman's history of suing people, it just sounds like good sense that Klayman's former colleagues declined to characterize his departure, even to praise him. But Klayman says even silence is "disparagement."
Sounds to me like Klayman ought to be suing the receptionist for tortious failure to Scotch-tape his forwarding number to her telephone.
