In this week's audio-only Summary Judgment, Mark Jordan Legan sums up how the critics feel about three new releases: Tsotsi, a South African drama nominated for a best foreign film Oscar; Running Scared, an ultraviolent action movie from the director of The Cooler; and Doogal, a computer-animated kids film about a motley group of animals who have to save the world from an evil sorcerer (voiced by Jon Stewart).
