In this week's audio-only Summary Judgment, Mark Jordan Legan sums up how the critics feel about three new releases: Something New, a romantic comedy about an interracial couple who meet on a blind date; The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, a modern-day Western directed by and starring Tommy Lee Jones; and The World's Fastest Indian, a biopic starring Anthony Hopkins as a determined senior citizen who tries to break a land-speed record.
