The Supreme Court returned Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England to a lower court this morning, sidestepping a major ruling on abortion. The decision signals a victory for New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly Ayotte, who appealed the First Circuit's ruling that her state's law requiring parental notification when minors seek abortions is unconstitutional. But how do you pronounce "Ayotte?"
