In this week's audio-only Summary Judgment, Mark Jordan Legan sums up how the critics feel about three new releases: Waiting, a comedy set in a "fun" chain restaurant called Shenanigan's; In Her Shoes, a comedy/drama from director Curtis Hanson starring Cameron Diaz, Toni Collette, and Shirley MacLaine; and Two for the Money, a drama about the sports gambling world with Al Pacino and Matthew McConaughey.
