Which Breast Implants Look Best?Silicone or saline?

Today, the Food and Drug Administration's advisory panel on General and Plastic Surgery Devices began a series of meetings on silicone breast implants, which were banned for most breast augmentation procedures in 1992. In 2003, when the FDA was also contemplating allowing silicone implants back on the market, Brendan I. Koerner explained why saline implants look fake. For one thing, Koerner wrote, they're "prone to noticeable 'rippling.' "
