In this week's audio-only Summary Judgment, writer Mark Jordan Legan tells us how the critics feel about three new movie releases: Sahara, an action/adventure film staring Matthew McConaughey and Penelope Cruz; Kung Fu Hustle, a genre parody from director and star Stephen Chow; and Fever Pitch, a romantic comedy with Drew Barrymore and Jimmy Fallon based loosely on Nick Hornby's memoir.
