In this week's audio-only Summary Judgment, television and film writer Mark Jordan Legan tells us how the critics feel about two Oscar weekend releases: Diary of a Mad Black Woman, and Up and Down, and he notes that two other wide releases, Man of the House (staring Tommy Lee Jones as a cheerleading coach) and Wes Craven's latest horror film, Cursed, weren't screened for critics—always a bad sign.
