Jurisprudence: Fed Sentencing Ruling
NPR's Alex Chadwick talks with Dahlia Lithwick about the U.S. Supreme Court's decision Wednesday that potentially invalidates the prison sentences of many federal inmates and changes the rules for mandatory sentencing.
