Where Do Gymnasts Go To Court?To the Court of Arbitration for Sport, of course.


On Monday, American gymnast Paul Hamm appeared before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland, to defend his Olympic all-around gold medal. South Korean Yang Tae-young appealed Hamm's victory after the International Gymnastics Federation admitted that a judge's scoring mistake had cost Yang the victory. In July, Brendan I. Koerner explained how the Court of Arbitration for Sport works, and why some athletes gripe about it.
