In an Oct. 15 Supreme Court Dispatches column, Dahlia Lithwick stated that the authoring judge was sitting by designation from the 6^th Circuit Court. He was in fact from the 5^th Circuit Court.

In an Oct. 14 Chatterbox column, Timothy Noah stated incorrectly that William Bennett publicly "held his tongue" after the Los Angeles Times published its sexual harassment story about Arnold Schwarzenegger on Oct. 2. In fact, Bennett commented about it that night on Fox News' Hannity & Colmes.

In the Oct. 14 Fraywatch, Fray Editor Kevin Arnovitz misstated the title of Richard and Linda Thompson's 1982 album as Hannibal. It's Shoot Out the Lights. Hannibal is the record label.

In an Oct. 10 Faith-Based article, Steven Waldman stated that Bill Clinton garnered 55 percent of the evangelical vote over Bush Sr. in the 1996 presidential election. In fact, he won those votes over Bob Dole.
