The Sept. 19 "Press Box" column originally misidentified Charlotte as a city in Virginia. In fact, Charlotte is in North Carolina. This error was introduced at the copy-editing stage.

In a Sept. 19 "Music Box," Jan Swafford originally wrote that the text of Monteverdi's "Pulchra es" was drawn from the Psalms; in fact it was drawn from the Song of Songs.
