Gen. Tommy Franks is running Gulf War II from Camp As Sayliyah in Qatar, a tiny Persian emirate. So how do you pronounce the name of the country? In December, Explainer provided a syllable-by-syllable guide. (Hint: It more or less rhymes with "butter.")
