Los Angeles Times poll finds 1) 72 percent of Americans say Bush hasn't made the case for war; 2) support for a ground war has fallen from 70 to 58 percent; and 3) only 26 percent would support a unilateral attack. Military begins airing radio propaganda to turn Iraqi soldiers and civilians against Saddam. Defector says Iraqi scientists may not have information the U.S. hopes to get from them on WMD programs.
