U.S. officials continue diplomatic preparations for war while stipulating off the record that it's all about scaring Saddam into compliance with inspections. If so, it's working: After three days, inspectors say they're getting full cooperation. They've found nothing suspicious. Peace spin: See? There's nothing there.
