I don't mean that Huntington never gets specific about the "natural conflicts of interest" between civilizations, or that he never mentions any non-zero-sum issues between them. I mean he fails to realize when he has mentioned a non-zero-sum issue. When he lists common sources of conflict, as on Page 208, he tends to casually mix radically different issues--from territorial squabbles to trade squabbles--without reference to whether they're non-zero-sum and, if so, how non-zero-sum they are.
