Book reviews will be judged according to their insight, originality, and readability.

All book reviews submitted must be original, must not have been previously published, released, or distributed, and must have been created and owned exclusively by the entrant submitting the book review, must not infringe any third party rights, and must be suitable for publication. No responsibility is assumed by Microsoft for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or mail, or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. By submitting this book review, you signify agreement to grant to Microsoft a royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual worldwide license to reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works, and otherwise use and publicly display your submission in any and all media for the purpose of advertising and promoting Microsoft Web sites and products. Microsoft will have the right to assign, transfer, or sublicense this license. All book reviews may be posted on a publicly accessible Web site. Microsoft disclaims any and all liability for any infringement of any entrant's rights in any submission caused by any third party.
