The Washington Post has reported that John DiIulio will resign as chair of President Bush's Office of Faith-based and Community Initiatives. When DiIulio was appointed in February, Slate's Jacob Weisberg wrote that "as a character type, John DiIulio couldn't bear less resemblance to the organization men who inhabit the top ranks of the Bush administration."
