The Clinton vs. Bush Headline Derby

Bill Clinton, seething in front of his television in Chappaqua, N.Y., continues to generate almost as much copy as President Bush, dozing at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W. (For earlier analyses of the Clinton/Bush headline contest, see this Press Box and this Washington Post piece.)
