The current hot Oscar rumor, according to kausfiles' extensive network of Hollywood sources, is this: South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker will send up the whole overdone obsession with which-actress-is-wearing-what-gown by showing up at the Oscars in drag. It could be a memorable Joan Rivers red-carpet interview. ... Of course, this is a logical rumor to make up, because Stone and Parker could use some publicity for their movie, South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut, which is up for an award in the Original Song category. ... Update: As of 5:55 EST Sunday, kausfiles can now confirm that Stone and Parker have in fact been planning this stunt. Parker is set to dress up like Gwyneth Paltrow in a pink Ralph Lauren while Stone emulates Jennifer Lopez. This is not to say they won't chicken out. ...
