Does that include perjury, Mr. President?

Elsewhere in the statement, Clinton declares, "We must continue the job of putting 100,000 more police on the streets." Chatterbox, who is tired of the president's linguistic jujitsu, feels compelled to point out again that as of March (more than five years into the Clinton presidency) only 43,305 cops had been hired under this much ballyhooed program.
