From the June 17 New York Times:
"Nucleus Imaging ... took Karl Lagerfeld's photos of Princess Caroline of Monaco and made a cover for Harper's Bazaar by grafting skin from one frame, hair from another, the face from yet another, and the body from another. It was done with a Macintosh and a silicone graphics computer."
