  • guts and glasses

personally, I have been reading romance novels in the dark so that I can get a pair of rimless glasses just like my hero--Palin.

  • Re: American Literary Nobels

Swedes have a totally cornball sense of humor, they really don't understand the nuance of American sarcasm at all. I did hope that Hillary would get the Nobel Prize but she is not quite in the same goofy vein as Carter and Gore. Maybe if she came up with Swedish warming then .... mmmm maybe she could do the ''spanks for Swedes'' she is bound to ...

  • Re: Is Edwards a No Brainer for VP?

LOL on Edwards as VP. I think the choice for VP will go on and continue after someone is elected. I don't think that either candidate can be accused of being decisive. Derisive in Obama's case, Yes. Incisive in McCain's case, probably. But decisive...No. The fence looks like it is bowing a bit under the pressure actually.

  • Re: "easy stuff," indeed !

mmms maybe I should read their posts but I tend to skip them. riled up about what? if it is any consolation, I didn't support Bush either so not sure why in hell I would support his twin Obama. Zip lines are fun, have you ever done those? It is a lot higher up top than it looks!

  • Re: "Water, water everywhere and ...

heyas...well jobs are getting scarcer here, so little bit frightened, heightened mysogyny everywhere. Random quotes from unemployed men and 60-70 year old white professors. ''What's wrong in America is women who work. They pay them (women) less so that to discourage them from taking a man's job.'' ''And women still take the job, that just ...

  • Re: And your proof for this bias is?

I've gone over his corruption ad nauseum in past blogs....if you haven't been able to do your own research into it yet, then fuck you. I'll go with what LM said and add to it the above and toss in FIMA.

  • Re: Look Wool

god please lets not talk about that pansy Edwards. Obama has the same damn advisors that Carter had, and we know what a disaster his policies were. Joe L is a Republican, not really someone I would classify as worst liberal. The best of two bad options, I think if you really dug a bit further you would find that Obama is the worst of the two ...

  • Re: JackDallas! You ain't no Texan!

I'm for term limits. One term of 10 years, enough time to get rich not enough time to fuck over more than their own state. Good post Jack Fuck you GreenEggs n Ham, what type of moronic question are you asking. Mexicans stole the land from the peruvians to begin with, America was stolen by Europeans and all the fucking immigrants who whine and ...

  • Re: Frightened Fossil Fools

Oh god this post on so many levels gives me a headache. Firstly, America is decentralized this consumes more energy, 1) We need to centralize all major cities and throw support into them for efficiency etc. There should be regulation of consumer driven industries that exploit cities for greed and not for the benefit of the city that they are ...

Totally Agreed LaurieAnn I'm not sure what settings you have your thing on Woolly but my settings let me look at the Threads before clicking in. I don't have to read everything on slate.... McCain is a good businessman and Bush never was, there are many differences between Bush and McCain, oh here is one McCain is a MODERATE people! WAKE UP. ...
