Oh, wow, the LW wants a Vespa! Well, obviously she's EVIL!!!!! Now, if she wanted a Jag or a Ferrari or a big honking Hummer, that'd be alright. But a VESPA? Just who does she think she is, anyway? Sheesh. Somebody's been taking their grouchy pills, that's for sure.

There's something weirdly compelling about the Enzyte commercials. I hate all male-enhancement product commercials but I think most people do. The Enzyte people acknowledge this by creating campy, ''old-fashioned'' scenarios that I roll my eyes at but can't turn away from.

Just a touch of gray
I despise any and all commercials aimed at men who might want to cover their gray. All of these commercials are irritating and offensive, but some are worse than others. My current least favorite is the one where a fit, sixtyish man is shown at the beach with a surfboard and on stage playing in a band. He says this awful line, ''Don't trust ...
