12 Fractured Days.
17 syllables, a la Allen Ginsberg's American Haiku/Sentences...I finally finished a few minutes ago. (I got caught up on the maids in the 8th day, mostly...and then the lords...another problem.) Partridge found an excessive number of pears at the produce table. Not wishing to arrive too soon, the doves did not hurry their turtles. In their ...

December 26th (comments/advice, please)
I always sit next to the window.so i can watchgrey trees blurinto lilac. The bus struggles against the sludge, and the man next to me yawns, still bundled in layers of last night. He forgets to close his mouth. Spruces define the crestsof every hill, a place saved,a page marked for next spring. We pass a yard of portable sheds, two windows ...

I'll thank you not to use my name in the subject line.
unless you're actually talking about ME. (sorry, couldn't help myself. a p-fray poster once actually admonished someone for using her nick in a subject line. the poster's sin - his post was not about her...but about music.) anyhow...i dedicate these links to you... cats talking cat sucking pictures of cats the world's greatest cat that ever ...

Patrick's Diamond (a christmas memory)
We found the diamond on a Saturday. We were walking with our heads down against the sleet, and there it was, right in front of us. Laying on the sidewalk next to a pile of snow the plows had pushed up over the curb.It only took us a second to realize what it was, when Patrick snatched it up before another car could drive by, and throw black slush ...

Not so sure these are obscure...
I used to eat a lot of dried squid when we lived in Occupied Japan...and rediscovered it in the 70s...of course, they've since learned that it's infused with arsenic...so I don't eat it so much now. My mom spent much of her childhood in Philadelphia...where she had the odd German relative. She grew up eating Scrapple, Beef-Kidney Pie, and Onion ...

speaker (one space) nancy
is catnapping, LAM. I made it to nullify tempo's sockpuppet thumbs, and to make the point that if she could impersonate a real person, then I could certainly impersonate an impersonator impersonating a real person. I'm shocked that you are now admitting that I am one of integrity when it comes to matters involving my denials of those personas ...

Sitting with friends at a long table clutteredwith bowls of oatmealand cold stacks of pancakes,he holds his coffee mugwith both hands. And recites the memoryof a cold ditch in Korea,of hot chinese metaland smoldering wool, and the certainty that he would burst into flames. © catnapping

I don't nuthin bout no headless bards.
I blog occasionally about crows and ravens, so I've had an occasion to read a bit of lore... Odin had two ravens named for memories and notions (again ??) ...and he sent them out (i wanna say every morning.)...I'm gonna hafta google this...it'll end up being a new entry for me once I make an appropriate drawing for it. I'm glad I opened your ...

When Dumbfiddle's doohickeywent on the fritz, they took it apartto fix up the bits. They unwound the winder, and loosened the lidthat unsprung the springles, and scattered her wits. © catnapping
