Washington is nearly all mail.
There are no polls to go to, except for Pierce and King Counties, so most all voting here is done by mail. A voter can either put a 42 cent stamp on the envelope and mail it in or take it directly to the County Auditor's Office or designated drop site. It comes in handy if there's driving rain or a blizzard. I like it. As for your claim that, ...
