Nike gives the Olympic teams their gear free, most likely. Both women's teams are wearing the same cut and design, only the colors are different. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Nike also gives the IOC a nice fat check to go along with the skimpy ''uniforms''. I don't see them as practical for competition.
