Øbama Puts America on Trial. This Isn't About 9/11
by Placebo

This an Øbama handwashing ceremony. Holder will be to blame. The judge will be to blame. Øbama won't have a dime in it...according to him. But he will have appeased his kook leftwing base who hates America. A trial is created on the assumption someone is innocent. These animals aren't innocent. They have already freely admitted their guilt and their hope for more islamic carnage against the US. It will be the duty of their ACLU lawyers to use every tool to get these terrorists acquitted. CIA actions will be exposed. US military actions will be exposed. People, dates, times, places, cell phones, technics, remarks, biases. America is on trial. Not 5 terrorists who already pled guilty. I told you years ago that the left was more dangerous than al-Qaeda. This is why.

once again you show your ignorance by believing the uneducated Limbaugh's ignorant rants.

you cons need to study the Constitution.

Re: Re:

foreign war criminals apprehended by military forces in combat are governed by the rules of war and are not entitled to Constitutional protections.

Anybody who would elevate a terrorist to the status of US resident and extend to them the rights and privileges of the US Constitution, is simply an enemy of America in the war against international terrorism.

So, thanks for identifying your perspective, you al qaida propaganda pump, you nazi pig butcher of innocent children, we will be sure to take your rabid bitch perspective into account in the future.

AntiFascist your first sentence is dead on and says it all. Good post.

well, fascist_bucky, the conservative Supreme Court ruled against Pres Bush's kangaroo courts leaving President Obama with no option but to follow the conservative Supreme Court's dictates. that's our Constitution for ya. read it some time. learn what being a real American is all about. cast off your nazi tendencies. join reality world and become a true American.
This Has Nothing to Do With SCOTUS. Øbama Decision.

...and it was unnecessary. This could have easily been played by a military tribunal at Guantanamo. It still could. But it won't. Øbama can't appease you America hating leftwing nut jobs if he were to do that. So we'll "out" everyone in the CIA and telegraph military moves to please his leftwing democrat al-Qaeda base.
All that is America and our American Constitution,

is ALWAYS "on trial". It's the price we pay for being Americans and having our Constitution. Obviously, that's a bummer for some.

The guy's been in custody for how many years, yet Bush never took him to trial, military or otherwise. Why is that do you think? Or don't you (think)?

Fucking morans.

The Bush adminstration spent six years trying to make its miltary tribunal system work. Staff routinely resigned in protest.

And attorneys for the detainees won EVERY Single appeal to the US Judicial system.

Khalid Sheik Mohamed is being put on trial for his alleged role in masterminding the 9/11 attack, not for being an enemy combatant in a war zone, as you falsely declared.

The rule of law applies.

Funny how you wingnut all want to apply some fantasy version of the rule of law when it comes to waving your laminated copies of the Constitution around at "tea bag" rallies, but when a real issue involving the rights of the accused comes up, you can't dump the rule of law fast enough.

Re: Re:

He doesn't care.

Never mind the fact in this discussion.

This is about ethnic hatred, and fear of the bogey man.

Khalid Sheik Mohamed will go on trial in a real court in New York, just as he always should have.

That's what makes us better than the terrorists.

Unfortunatly, we had to spend six years shaming ourselves and betraying our values before we could get to this point.
