Let's count the ways John McCain loves/respects women.

First lets begin with Carol...his first wife. Odd how con women here go on about WHY they want to vote for McCain and use the "throwing under the bus" crap about Obama. And how Hillary should have "kicked Bill to the curb" for his infidelities. How can they, then, support McCain, a known/admitted womanizer?

McCain’s first wife was a famous beauty..and a successful swimsuit model. He was very "proud" of her. She was severely injured in a car accident while he was gone and lost her looks and her figure. Her pelvis and one arm were shattered by the impact and she suffered massive internal injuries. When Carol was discharged from hospital after six months of life-saving surgery, the prognosis was bleak. In order to save her legs, surgeons had been forced to cut away huge sections of shattered bone, taking with it her tall, willowy figure. She was confined to a wheelchair and was forced to use a catheter.
Through sheer hard work, Carol learned to walk again. But when John McCain came home from Vietnam, she had gained a lot of weight and bore little resemblance to her old self. Today, she stands at just 5ft4in and still walks awkwardly, with a pronounced limp. Her body is held together by screws and metal plates and, at 70, her face is worn by wrinkles that speak of decades of silent suffering.
How did McCain respond to her years of faithfulness, waiting for him while he was POW in Vietnam? Why he admittedly had affairs and eventually divorced her and courted another rich, beautiful woman…18 yrs his junior, and married her. The mother of his 3 oldest children wasn’t good enough for him anymore, apparently.

Remember, this was a remark by a "grandfather"…then 69 yrs old, a US Senator, not some late night TV comedian/host. <link>

John McCain called his wife Cindy a "cunt" in front of at least five witnesses on the campaign trail in 1992, according to Cliff Schecter's new book:
Three reporters from Arizona, on the condition of anonymity, also let me in on another incident involving McCain's intemperateness. In his 1992 Senate bid, McCain was joined on the campaign trail by his wife, Cindy, as well as campaign aide Doug Cole and consultant Wes Gullett. At one point, Cindy playfully twirled McCain's hair and said, "You're getting a little thin up there." McCain's face reddened, and he responded, "At least I don't plaster on the makeup like a trollop, you cunt." McCain's excuse was that it had been a long day. If elected president of the United States, McCain would have many long days.

Here he is being disrespectful to a woman who was concerned about the missing POW’s from the Vietnam and Korean wars being left behind…obviously a member of her own family. Note how he cuts her off…claiming she is interrupting and yet at the same time interrupting her. When she does get the chance to talk, it’s just for a short time and then he took the floor again….said his piece and walked out, not giving her a chance to respond. Watch the clip…watch how hard it was to try to control his rage. Up and down off his chair and clenching his jaw before he later just left the room. What an arrogant, "LITTLE" man….John McCain.

Another clip of McCain putting down a woman…a reporter, in fact, when she called him on something he was lying (or flip flopping) about. Listen to him interrupting her and btw he was lying through his teeth. It has been documented.

Any woman who votes for John McCain thinking he will be an advocate of women’s rights has to be crazier than a pet coon. Many times he has thrown women "under the bus" as cons here like to say.
