and THAT's why they are under investigations...their "justification" memo's...were simply WRONG...there is no "justification" for chinese waterTORTURE...to waterboarding...or anythng else that comes under what is against the LAW, and various treaties, and simply moral, ethical and logic! The ENDS never justify the means..never. It is immoral, it is against the LAW and it is UnAmerican! period....!
