it's unbelievable. Think of it this way - it's extremely easy to get a gun in this country, and you couple that with the possibility that say 1/10th of 1% of the people are unhinged (300,000) and say 10% of them might be somehow motivated to act on their hate and delusion (30,000) and you can see that .... keeping tabs on these nuts presents a big problem.
