Poll: Romney at 33 Percent in New Hampshire, No One Else Even Close

Mitt Romney's the only 2012er with some kind of geographic claim on New Hampshire, and the new WMUR/CNN poll is mostly good news for him. Ask 347 likely GOP voters who they want, and the results are:

Mitt Romney - 33%
Ron Paul - 9%
Newt Gingrich - 7%
Tim Pawlenty - 6%
Rudy Giuliani - 6%
Sarah Palin - 5%
Michele Bachmann - 4%
Herman Cain - 4%
Jon Huntsman - 4%
Rick Santorum - 2%

The undecided number is quite low; the anti-Romney vote is just split into nine pieces. (Buddy Roemer and Gary Johnson don't register.) But 33 percent is sort of a low topline number for Romney. He polled 32 percent in the 2008 primary, and he's occasionally polled higher than that for 2012.
