Embedded below: Sen. Tom Udall's (D-N.M.) resolution to reform the filibuster and the hold process. It's co-sponsored by Majority Whip Dick Durbin and new Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), but not secret hold opponent Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.).
It's a short read, and you can see that it follows the guidelines Udall had been talking about -- requiring continuous debate after a cloture vote does not succeed.
