Leaving aside the irony of one of the New Left's worst people worrying about right-wing terrorism, isn't one of the stories of 2010 that right-wing anger was basically just channeled into the election? I'm glad the Southern Poverty Law Center exists, glad it monitors the upticks in right-wing violence, but it's telling that the Huffington Post's rundown of "far-right violence" stretched to include the jackass Rand Paul supporter who stepped on a MoveOn.org protester. I don't think that supporter is likely to climb a bell tower at take shots at liberals.
