has acquired video of Miley Cyrus, also known as Disney's Hannah Montana
, celebrating her 18th birthday by smoking a bong.
Sources tell TMZ the substance wasn't pot but salvia
, a psychoactive plant that’s legal in California, where the video was shot. The drug is known to induce laughing fits and hallucinations, and to reduce people to incomprehensibility. The Cyrus video will no doubt join a full gallery of YouTube clips
documenting salvia trips. TMZ says the footage was either copied or stolen from Miley’s friend’s phone.
