I followed the senator around as he toured the Hold Their Feet to the Fire radio-thon in D.C., finding and mostly defeating five hosts who wanted to define his bill as "amnesty." My take: Hey, it is amnesty! But Rubio's the beneficiary (and master) of a long campaign to rule out "amnesty" as a term that can be used to describe reform.
