Behold another new item on the conservative protest circuit: The Breitbart meme. All over the Supreme Court events, you can spot images of Andrew Breitbart. The most popular one is a black-and-white version of the headshot from the cover of the late conservative's last book.
That image found its way to the podium for this morning's congressional/activist group press conference on the SCOTUS steps. A different version appeared in upper Senate park:
These pictures, and a totally different picture that says "Breitbart is Here," are downloadable and twitpiccable for any conservative who wants 'em. At Saturday's rainy rally (same location as the AFP protest), a larger version of the raised-eyebrow-Breitbart was raised as the late activist's friend Jon Kahn sang his song "American Heart." The rain broke halfway through the song. A moderator took the stage to introduce the next speaker. "The sun's come out!" she said. "Thanks, Andrew!"
