BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Today, one hundred and nineteen Republican delegates learn whether or not they're going to go to Tampa. Fifty of them live in Alabama. Forty of them live in Mississippi. Seventeen of them live in Hawaii. The rest are in American Samoa. Jonathan Martin has the best take on why strong Mitt Romney performances could end the primary. But I disagree. Newt Gingrich has already put Illinois events on his schedule; Santorum is eyeing Missouri (where he can win caucuses this weekend) and Illinois.
