Not a crossover “Operation Hilarity” prankster. A guy who didn’t like either party, and voted for Barack Obama in the Democratic race.
“I don’t think it matters who we have in there,” said Gary Crawford, a retired railroad worker who, in his dotage, had taken a custodial job at a high school her. “The Senate and the House are going to stop whatever the president does.”
