The State of the Santorum Google Problem

Has Rick Santorum's sudden success in non-binding Republican contests fixed his Dan Savage-inflicted Google problem? Sort of. I googled "santorum" at 10:40, and this came up.
A promoted ad shows up immediately -- good for Santorum! The AP's Google News-fed election results show Santorum's most recent good news. But the first definition that comes up is still Dan Savages. What does the candidate need to do at this point? Is this, unlike media coverage, actually related to delegates? I'll take the under: 108 1/2 delegates and Santorum gets his name back.
