GOP Candidates Will Join Forces to Sue Onto the Virginia Ballot

ATLANTIC, Iowa – Only two campaigns, Ron Paul’s and Mitt Romney’s, navigated Virginia’s ballot access laws and made it on to the GOP primary ballot. Rick Perry, who bungled his petitions, has sued to get on. The other campaigns are about to join him, announcing all of this today with a letter. Newt Gingrich’s campaign spokesman R.C. Hammond confirms that the speaker will sign the letter; Huntsman spokesman Tim Miller confirmed that his boss is John Hancocking it, too.
