It's one of those perfect stories. Red Staters get to grunt at the First Lady for trying to protect herself by allying with veterans, and bellow at the media for making a big deal of it. Obama fans get to be angry at Red Staters and NASCAR fans, whom they already assume to have sub-earthworm reasoning skills.
