GOProud Will See You, CPAC, and Raise You One Coulter

The gay Republican group announces that Ann Coulter will join the board as “Honorary Chair and Gay Icon.” (This is her actual title.) Not a surprise, because Coulter was the headliner at GOProud’s big (sorry) coming out party in 2010. But terrifically cheeky, because Coulter is a perennial star at the Conservative Political Action Conference, with speeches that attendees have to wait an hour to pack the ballroom for. And GOProud isn’t allowed to co-sponsor the conference this year. The most entertaining family drama in movement politics goes on, and on.
