This is the result from CNN's latest poll that gives Republicans confidence that they can keep taking Cut, Cap, and Balance to the voters.

Republicans are right: Even if voters don't understand the nitty gritty of CCB, they basically support it. Do Democrats have anything on offer that's this popular?

Well, yes.

Everyone has a plan that 2/3 of voters support! Republicans have one that would require 20 Senate Democrats to side with them; Democrats have one that would need to pass a Republican House. So I take it back: No one has a popular plan that can pass.
