It can’t get 60 votes, much less the 67 votes needed to add some weight to the Balanced Budget Amendment, but the Cut, Cap, and Balance Act will probably get a vote in the Senate. In an interview with Chuck Todd today, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., predicted that the vote would come on Saturday. A senior GOP aide in the Senate confirms that, and says that Saturday’s the latest likely date for a vote.
