GREENFIELD, N.H. -- At the end of a short press scrum here, Herman Cain got a question he's always asked semi-nervously: So, uh, how's it going out there for a black Republican candidate? His answer is that he's lived a while, he's seen racism, and he doesn't see it now, "especially in the Republican Party."
Apologies for the stage whispering at the end of the video; stunt candidate Fred Karger was standing near the press conference in an attempt to make journalists pay attention to him, and chose this moment to talk strategy with one who was.
