Below, I’ve posted the FEC organization form for ChristinePAC, the new committee launched by failed 2006, 2008 and 2010 U.S. Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell.
“This committee intends to make independent expenditures,” writes ChristinePAC Treasurer Paul Kilgore. “This committee will not use those funds to make contributions, whether direct, in-kind, or via coordinated communications, to federal candidates or committees.”
If you’re a potential ChristinePAC donor, and you’re thinking “hey, didn’t she get in hot water multiple times over her use of campaign money to pay bills?” you might note that the PAC is based at 1242 Presidential Drive, Wilmington, DE. That was the site of O’Donnell’s campaign office where she and campaign staff crashed, a home in a residential cul-de-sac. (I drove by it while in Delaware reporting on the race .) So she’s rolling over what political operation she had – and recall that she ended the campaign with around $900,000 – into this.
For what it’s worth, the PAC’s treasurer, Paul Kilgore, is based in Atlanta, not Delaware.
