Soot Now Second Leading Cause of Global Warming

New research shows that soot, AKA black carbon, is one of the top two contributors to climate change, greater than methane and second only to carbon dioxide. Produced mostly by diesel engines and burning wood, soot has been found to have twice the impact on global warming as previously thought.
