Miley Cyrus Has Cut Her Hair Like Twiggy or Draco Malfoy, Depending on Your Pop References

While many of her fans may be wondering if she lost a dare, Miley Cyrus is happy with her new pixie cut 'do.

The singer retweeted an Instagram photo of her stylist Chris McMillan holding scissors to her hair, posted with the caption "Bye bun! Stay tuned!" Three hours later, fans were treated to her new, short, blond pixie cut.

While some are snarkily comparing her to Harry Potter's Draco Malfoy, Cyrus hasn’t seemed fazed. She quoted her father's enduring wisdom: "my dad @billyraycyrus used to tell me "opinions are like a--holes everybody has one” LOVE my hair." In an interview with ABC, the singer said she would one day cut her hair just like British model Twiggy—though the new cut could also fit in hipsterville.

So even if she could wave a magic wand and regrow her locks, it seems as if Miley’s new cut is here to stay.
