Dick Cheney wasn't drinking the Sarah Palin Kool Aid in 2008, nor is he now.

Appearing on ABC's This Week, the former two-term vice president said that though he liked Palin, she was the wrong choice to be John McCain's running mate.

Speaking on Fox and Friends Arizona Sen. John McCain defended picking the former Alaska governor in 2008 as his running mate, stating he was proud of her then and now.

Palin has yet to weigh in on the debate, but the politician-turned-reality star may have words for the former vice president soon enough. Either way you know it’s a boring election cycle when everybody seems more interested in gossiping about the last one.
